Under the user name "ryebread", I've listed eBay auctions nearly every week for over a decade — same place, same time (click the pic below). These weekly auctions will remain the primary outlet for my record sales, but I plan to list the rest of my inventory right here. I considered opening an eBay Store for these set-sale items, but the ample Final Value Fees (basically double those paid for auctions) were enough inspiration to take my business elsewhere. The eBay/PayPal monolith nibbles enough Ryebread, I reckon.

For the most part, I avoid buying from other collectors unless I've known 'em a good long time and can get reliable provenance. If I have any doubts about the authenticity of an item, I don't buy it and certainly don't sell it. Austin is home to a particularly prolific purveyor of bogus fliers and posters ("BC") so skepticism and a scrutinizing eye come real easy 'round here.

I'm always looking to buy punk rock records and paper items, both for my personal collection and for resale. I'm a collector first and a reseller second. High on my personal priority list are early punk fliers from California (especially L.A.) and Texas (especially D/FW). Then again, there are pieces from just about everywhere — Cleveland, Washington DC, Brisbane — that I'd kill for! I pay fair, immediate cash for single items or whole collections and will travel anywhere for substantial stashes. I RELY ON REFERRALS. Treating buyers and sellers right is the core of my business.
